When I got older my mother said why not let your beard grow I was 17 years old and let my beard grow. What it has taught me is to live life to the fullest and enjoy every moment, as well as making yourself happy is one of the most important aspects of all you do. I am now forging a new career path and I am very excited! My goal of having beards accepted in the corporate world and in the boardroom is still a big part of my interest. I am learning more about personal branding, coaching and social media management, as well as pursuing my Masters Degree. I have to say one of the best feelings is when someone I haven't seen in a long time has the OMG reaction to my beard.. best feeling :) Well 3 years later, my beard has become my signature, I have won at a National level, and made it to the Mean Beard Top 12 in 2019.
