This year's event is supporting two local charities: The Barracks Project and Stepping Stones.
The Barracks Project helps honorably discharged veterans reintegrate back into the civilian community. Their funds assist veterans in getting back on their feet in whatever way they possibly can. All donations are 100% donations. TBP employees no staff, and everyone involved is strictly a volunteer.
Since 1963, Stepping Stones has been helping people with disabilities find pathways to independence that will improve their lives and enable them to be more fully participating members of their communities. People with disabilities of all ages and their families come to Stepping Stones year round for: fun, friends, learning new skills, enjoying the outdoors and sports, respite and a caring community.
