If you have a face and a desire to not shave it, then you can raise money for pediatric cancer research. Join us throughout November as we grow beards to help our littlest warriors battling cancer.
MEAN BEARD is teaming up with The Cure Starts Now this November to help raise money for pediatric cancer research.
Last year, thanks largely to partnerships with first responders all over the country, The Cure Starts Now raised over $168,000 for pediatric brain cancer research during their no-shave November campaign: Beard It Up. This year they wanted to amp it up so they called us.
Since we believe in inspiring greatness and making a difference in the world we jumped at the opportunity to help. Aside from offering up our handsome mugs for marketing, we’re giving the first 100 registrants a bottle of MEAN BEARD Cannonball Beard Oil and a couple of other incentive MEAN prizes as the campaign goes on.
Meet Our Newest Ambassador: LJ
In February, 2018, LJ was diagnosed with diffuse intrinsic pontine glioma (DIPG). DIPG is an extremely rare brain tumor that primarily affects children, with most diagnoses occurring between ages 5 and 7. LJ has been battling for nearly 20 months, and has been participating in a clinical trial made possible by The Cure Starts Now.
This November, help us help kids like LJ.
